Export Sale Growth for Indiana Supplier

Based in New Albany, Indiana, American Beverage Marketers is dedicated to “creating the best cocktail mixes and ingredients”. In business for over twenty-five years, their four core brands, Master of Mixes, Finest Call, Reàl Cocktail Ingredients, and Agalima Organic, serve a very specific market, and they have been created to successfully address a cross section of functions throughout the category. By offering a variety of product lines, they are better able to meet the multiple and varied needs of their diverse global customer base.

Participating in Food Export – Midwest programs since 2016 has helped the Indiana Supplier increase export market knowledge and gain product exposure. In 2017 American Beverage Marketers participated in Food Export’s Focused Trade Mission to Mexico for Retail and Food Service Products where they were part of market briefings, a retail tour and buyer/supplier meetings. These meetings is where they were able to gain 1 new foreign buyer contact, 1 new agent relationship and gain $30,000 in new export sales.

Exporting to over 90 countries, American Beverage Marketers still sees the value in Food Export programs and activities to gain new export markets. They have participated in Buyers Missions, Food Show PLUS!™ show services, webinars and the Food Export Helpline™.

Food Export uses funding from the Market Access Program (MAP) to help America’s small businesses increase their exports of food and agricultural products. As these exports increase, these small businesses are creating jobs and improving the strength and stability of our agricultural economy. Food Export-Midwest and Food Export-Northeast are non-profit organizations that work in collaboration with their member state departments of agriculture and the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service. They offer a wide range of programs and services that help boost America’s agricultural exports.
