Growing Exports With Market Access Program Funded Branded Program

by Food Export | Mar 01, 2019
Participating in Food Export – Midwest’s Branded Program in 2018 has helped Illinois based Supplier, American Pharmaceutical Innovations Company (AmPharma) gain $300,000 in new export sales to Egypt. In February, the supplier was able to report these new sales and also projected to complete $750,000 in sales over the next twelve months while also making 30 new contacts and gaining 2 new agent relationships.

The Illinois Supplier has utilized the Market Access Program funded Branded Program since 2016 promoting their animal feed ingredient and additive products.

AmPharma is a producer of animal feed ingredients and additives, such as supplements, probiotics, and yeast and cultures.

Food Export uses funding from the Market Access Program (MAP) to help America’s small businesses increase their exports of food and agricultural products. As these exports increase, these small businesses are creating jobs and improving the strength and stability of our agricultural economy. Food Export-Midwest and Food Export-Northeast are non-profit organizations that work in collaboration with their member state departments of agriculture and the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service. They offer a wide range of programs and services that help boost America’s agricultural exports.
