In February of 2019, Brandon, Vermont based Olivia’s Croutons utilized Food Export – Northeast’s Food Show PLUS!™ services at the CHFA West Show in Vancouver, Canada.
The
Food Show PLUS!™ services helped increase traffic and bring buyers to the company’s booth while also being onsite to provide any assistance the company needed.
This August Olivia’s Croutons was able to report that participation in the show helped them earn over $80,000. in sales while also helping them establish one new distributorship.
Olivia’s Croutons produces a line of croutons and stuffings with labels such as: all natural, gluten free, vegan, and non-GMO. Because of growing consumer awareness for natural and gluten-free products in the Canadian market, Olivia’s Croutons is quite the success with our northern neighbor.
The company has participated in Food Export programs since 2005 taking part in the Branded Program, utilizing Food Show PLUS!™ services, webinars and the Online Product Catalog.
Food Export uses funding from the
Market Access Program (MAP) to help America’s small businesses increase their exports of food and agricultural products. As these exports increase, these small businesses are creating jobs and improving the strength and stability of our agricultural economy. Food Export-Midwest and Food Export-Northeast are non-profit organizations that work in collaboration with their member state departments of agriculture and the
USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service. They offer a wide range of programs and services that help boost America’s agricultural exports.
