Kansas Company Finds Continued Success in Branded Program

In 2019, Premium Nutritional Products Inc., located in Shawnee, Kansas, in the 3rd Congressional District, utilized Food Export – Midwest’s Branded Program funded by the Market Access Program (MAP). Their participation in the program allowed Premium Nutritional Products Inc. to expand their international sales and market presence.

Premium Nutritional Products Inc. utilized funds from the Branded Program to attend ICARE in London where they marketed their ZuPreem line of diets to the international community. As a result, Premium Nutritional Products Inc gained $5,000 in exports to the United Kingdom and project to complete $10,000 more in the next year.

In 2019, Premium Nutritional Products Inc. also utilized Branded Program allocated funding to translate labels and packaging for markets in the Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, and Spain. These product modifications helped them gain market share and sales for $6,000 with another $27,500 in projected sales.

According to Jennifer McDaniel, Business Manager of ZuPreem, “The Branded Program has allowed ZuPreem to expand into international markets through the use of tradeshows and packaging modifications.  The Branded Program has helped us grow our international sales the past year and achieve our best year yet internationally.”
